What is $HERR?
$HERR is one of two tokens that is destined to bring balance to the force.
It is the social currency of the Ikan Bilis DAO that will be used to fund community initiatives, reward behaviour for the social good. More community driven features will be up and coming for this token but for now these are the use cases for the token.
Just in case you’re wondering why we chose the name HERR.
It is short form for red herring. We want to attract the right people to our community. Those who understands decentralised decision making and letting nature take its course in the outcomes of this endeavour. We want to community members to actively play a role in the and contribute to the outcome of our community because it belongs to YOU, to US.
We could have put up our lofty ideas and speculative-at-best views of the world in a white-paper, tie it up in a nice ribbon and shipped to VCs for several private rounds before it finally reaches the you to be left holding the bag. We chose not to because the last thing that we want to do is to distract you with a bunch of technical jargons and a fancy 10 year roadmap that will most likely not turn out as planned. We all know what it’s like to be fed hopium and end up having to sell at the bottom.

Ikan Bilis was born out of the desire for the smaller guys to stand hand in hand against the apex predators of the trading world.
